Welcome to NZFighters.com, a media source for fighting sports in New Zealand. The Infighters service is operated by Infighters and its partners (hereby referred to as ‘us’, ‘we’ or ‘the company’). By accessing www.NZFighters.comthe user (hereby referred to as ‘you’ or ‘your’) signifies that you have read, understand and agree to the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify or change these terms at any time. If we do so, we will post the date of revision at the top of this page. Profile Eligibility

To be eligible to have a profile page, you must be the head trainer or owner of a registered NZ gym. Only the head trainer or owner of the registered may update their gym, and the fighter’s profiles within their gym. It is up to the individual gym trainers or owners to manage and update content within their gym and fighter profile pages. NZFighters.com takes no responsibility for the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the gym and fighter profiles within the website, or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the gym and fighter profiles.

User registration and email privacy

By registering with NZFighters.com as a user, you agree to allow us to send you an e-newsletter that may contain information such as news, interviews, events and promotional content.

We agree to keep your private information confidential. No details will be made available to any third parties for marketing purposes. However, we reserve the right to send you information that my contain logos and/or advertising on it. To de-register with NZFighters.com, you must email us at info@NZFighters.com and state in your email that you wish to de-register as a user on NZighters.com

on the NZFighters.com website and on all Infighters social media outlets – such as, Face book, Twitter, and YouTube etc.

The entire website will contain advertising. We take no responsibility for the conflict of interests between individuals and their sponsors, and advertising existing on the Infighters website and on all social media.
All pages will contain advertising and links to other sites. We take no responsibility for the content of their websites or products being sold. We will however take great care to be as ethical as possible in deciding what can and cannot be advertised on our website.

Finally, due to our wide reader age, we will not allow any advertisements of cigarettes and party pills.
